Procedure

In other words: "The way we generally work"

Just because someone owns a digital camera doesn't make them a professional photgrapher. Similarly, just because someone might own Adobe Photoshop® doesn't make them a designer.

Whether you choose to use Deep Sea Design, or anyone else as your professional design team, you will generally receive a better product from a professional with experience.

A typical design timeline will go like this:

You contact us with the details of the project(s) you want done.
You provide us with whatever content you already have (pictures, copy etc)
We get you a bid on what we think it will take to get it done.
If you like the bid, we design 2-4 proofs of what the final might look like.
If you like any of the proofs, you approve, or "sign off" on them.
We design them to those specs.
When the final is done, we send you a copy with an invoice.

If there are changes in the design after it has been signed off, we will incorporate those changes at our normal hourly rate.

In the case of corporate branding, logo design etc., a more extensive process is required to make sure you get the best service. A meeting to determine and/or evaluate the "personality" of your company, its direction and market position will help us design a custom marketing campaign that translates into income.
